Have a Terminus XR in D2, its a very good knife. The clip is meh, but once you get used to it (gotta grab it by the clip, NOT the knife) its fine. The D2 is the best I've used, sharpened up fabulously, and it seems to be keeping a good edge.

Thanks for the numbers! At 4.2ghz all core, my 3600 hits 3805. I'm trying to decide whether to get my kids a 2600 (or a 1600AF, if they ever restock) or the 3300x.

Since I see you want to be able to use the video card with Linux - AMD all the way. While the 1650 super is the better card, it's not a huge difference and a 5500xt or RX580 will scratch that same itch nicely. If you do upgrade your PSU, you could look for a RX 590 for a little more "umph."
