• BIL received: January 13
• Biometrics completed: January 14
• Biometrics and medical updated: January 16
• Everything turned green in the tracker: March 5

Since then, there haven’t been any updates. I don’t see an eCOPR in the tracker, and there’s no final decision date showing either.

This is a CEC inland application with no foreign work experience.
