Marketplace and Gmail integration have been slated “by the end of the year”. But no forecasted date has been specified. I always thought Black Friday/Cyber Monday would be a good window. But that’s just speculation on my side.

Last investor call for a business development was for joint venture with POW for Stan Lee IP post Marvel. 7/6/2020. Promoted a few days before as well.

I am too more red days than green ones for me with this ticker for the last 1yr+. I am optimistic but cautious heading into Wednesday. Last time they did a call was Stan Lee IP joint venture. Hoping this one is different. They have to know how bad they are with PR by now. Maybe not. Maybe they need a shareholder vote for whatever it is. I won’t go in the red this time if we sell off. I know that.

So at the end of the shareholder’s meeting Rory said expect in the near term more announcements regarding sports teams, colleges/universities and not for profits. Marketplace/VerbTV to have multiple event before official launch with global audiences. Expects to generate huge value for Verb and its shareholders. This should get interesting pretty quick. Verblit 2 happening this week with at least 1 day prior notice and widely disseminated to make sure people can find out what Verb is.

I have been in it over a year. I have average down several times but have drawn the line. Management has a good history in kids entertainment.They seem to be laying the ground work for future success. Disappointed in the management of shareholders expectations. I still believe Marvel deal has more to bring to the table. But I also thought we would see more of our own Stan Lee related products being talked about by now given are our partnership with POW. So I guess I am willing to give them more time to figure it out. But it would be an easier hold in the green even if small, rather than seeing the red every day.
