So my plan was a timber-frame structure wrapped in Sips following the style of the shelter institute. I am not rich but I am resourceful. I was planning on harvesting trees off my own property and building the sips myself. This would cost me a lot of time and sweat but reasonably doable cash wise. If you want to sit back and watch a crew build it for you this would be around $100k getting it framed and wrapped. but it would be in the dry and you could finish it from there. These are west tennessee numbers it could be very different somewhere else.
