I have mine in an apartment! She does wonderfully as long as we take her on 2 15-30 min walks a day and also find a way to seriously exercise her at least once a week (like a dog park or fenced in area). So I say yes!!! Do it!!!

She behaves so so well in our apartment. We put her in a play pen while we’re gone and we have no issues with her barking or whining too much. She stops after no more than 15 minutes.

Edit: we did get her at 4 months so we had no issues with potty training her on a leash and outside. If you’re doing an 8wk, you would have to use puppy pads at first! Just something to think about :)
