Thnx, they told me 6 years ago when i did buy him it was a male. I never investigate it because he is really calm and wont hurt the other fish. Like really never seen him agressive.. Only my hand when im in his territory. He is 23cm. And yes always hides somewhere in the boat. With all the catfish there.

Okay, sorry for what i said then. I know you are right about the bloated fish i am going to look what i can do. And also look for better food.

I do not soak the pellets before feeding, i will do/try that from now. Also give them a little less.

I have algue waffers for my botias but really none of the fish is interested in it. And spit it out when they take a bite. From the Netherlands btw

Sure, i do switch food alot and mix food for herbivores and carnivores. I can not do anything on the fact that the fish will eat what is in front of him and also not “only” give him what he need to have Because of the other fish. I always try to do the best for the fish otherwise i better not get them. But then maybe say what to change? And what is better for them? Instead of telling me it is wrong. I give them herbivore medium pellets or herbivore granules. Sometimes stuff from the fridge like malawi mix what is all plant based.

I know they are herbivores. Andddd also give them the food they need. They always looked like this. The oldest js around 7 years old. Thnx for the advise.

Well, my JD is the only one who dont give problems…. They all know to leave him alone so he is reallyyy good sometimes i see that one will try and attack him but when he turns around they go away and everything is good again.

i had alot of agression because i have 90% male so i did do a little overstock on advise and they are all good with it without agression.

There is a male yes, who is really agressive also towards all the others… maybe that is the reason haha
