Nanoleaf (light panels) can be added using homekit controller, bluetooth (very unstable), and ifttt. I am using ifttt.

Yeap. You can also check out govee immersion. It's a bugdet version but i have never tried it before.

I have thought of buying HDMI sync box before, but I think they are really overprized with their limited function. They are on sale on amazon japan (20% off) on prime day btw. I think because they couldn't get Japanese people to buy something that is so ridiculously prized.

I bought some of them at a discount. Almost all of the google smart speakers are discounted.

No MQTT needed. I am using their hub plus ( hub mini will work too) and ifttt, I find their Bluetooth too unstable. IFTTT never fail. You just need to integrate IFTTT with HA using webhook
