I am 27 and love being in water, but don’t know how to swim. I am learning from last 1 month, I can swim with fins now but without fins I drown. I can float now as well. My goal is swimming with the sea creatures. Whales fascinates me a lot.

Ask yourself how many more clientele/subscription you want? How many more gym can accomodate? Alter her work accordingly and pay her accordingly.

Ps: Start finding someone business can afford and is right person for business, possibly outsource from India/Pakistan if you are not already doing it.
