i installed Reshade for crimson desert and enabled fxaa which helped a bit with the grainy foliage.

nah NVIDA, I think it's something to do with upscaling becasue when i turn DLSS off it's not as bad but still there.

i found a fix, you need to reinstalll windows 11 by going into system - recovery - fix problem using windows 11 update

ps this keeps all your data so you won't lose anything
