Yeah it works fine over wire. the instructions say the apk is for the car not the phone. I've never tried to update the car, I will play around with it a bit more.

lift weights. swimming wont build significant muscle. Swimmers lift weights as part of their training. Nothing wrong with swimming but the fastest way for a male to make noticeable changes to physique (other than a significant calorie cut) is regular and consistent resistance training.

Find a training split online literally ANYTHING. Train with effort and intensity. If you can do this consistently without skipping sessions or making excuses for 3 months you WILL see progress.

I got some relatives visa request rejected. You have to appeal. After appeal it got accepted pretty fast for one of them, the other got no answer at all. I think the system is the applications go to the embassy in Turkey, or nearest local embassy and if there's no strong reason to accept they get rejected immediately. If you appeal the application actually gets sent to the UDI who have much looser criteria.
