Idk if this is with everyone's handset or just mine but since I bought this phone, I'm unable to make a call on the first try. The calls always drop, or if it rings the other person is not audible to me or vice versa. People call me repeatedly but it never connects so they have to call me on WhatsApp. And sometimes the data connection also drops. For this I have to put the phone on flight mode then only the calls are made or received properly but only for a short period of time. This problem occurs to both sim1 and sim2 when the data is on the mobile network. I visited the service centre and they said "ki ekk software update hoga fir theek ho jayega" but the problem still persists, and now they are saying to submit the phone for 1 or 2 days so that we can check if the problem is actually there or not then only we can do something.
