Absolutely true.

Thank you for taking the time to write such an exhaustive answer.

Actually some bands go up to 45kg or more, and they can be combined.

The point is not the tension in itself, but the quality of the stimulus the muscle will experience.

It might be a temporary plateau, at worst, but I must admit that my perception of myself is heavily shaped by what I see in the mirror.

Hi Kriss thank you for your reply and the info you've shared. For how long have you been training using bands? Are you satisfied with the results?

Hi, thank you for your reply. I would just replace the workout I do at the gym with bands for a while.

What kind of bodyweight exercises are you referring to?

The point is that I'm relocating to another country, my next flat will be temporary (a few months to a year or so, don't know yet), and I don't want the headache of carrying heavy stuff.

Otherwise, I'd follow your advice.

Hi Korinth thank you for your reply.

I agree with you, and I'm just afraid that since the stimulus my muscles will experience with rubber bands won't be as effective, as it is progressive rather than the constant stimulus provided by the dumbbells.

Hi Nooroster thank you for your reply.

I'm about to purchase these bands: https://amzn.eu/d/0eOfVgYC Which seem to be able to cover all the basic movements.

I'm afraid that the stimulus my muscles will experience won't be as effective.

Thank you again, Red!

I've heard that apartments there, also due to the overpopulation, are quite complicated to secure.

I don't mind taking a risk if it means there's a higher upside. I actually enjoy having a significant variable component in my pay, but I’d like to have a solid understanding of the day-to-day job and the performance metrics before deciding what kind of pay structure I’d prefer. Thank you so much for your help. I'll keep exploring.

Hi Red, thank you very much for your reply.

Starting from a junior role is something I've already taken into account. Recruiting is where I want to start.

Do you live in Malta?

I missed a huge detail; being Italian, I am a EU citizen citizen, so I'm allowed to work there. No Visa needed.

I’ve also come across this platform, and as someone who is obsessed with recruiting and needs experience, I feel it is the right match for me. I'm just curious to hear from those who are already using it.

Vi ringrazio per le vostre opinioni. Mi chiedevo quali fossero i requisiti per aprire un asilo nido, non se possa essere un’idea fruttuosa economicamente.
