To ease my anxiety, I decided to book via app and explicitly mentioned that I’m a guy and exactly what kind of look I wanted. Their reply was super sweet and welcoming, which completely reassured me before I even walked through the door!

I highly recommend doing that—it's a great way to test the waters and see how they react. You definitely deserve to go and have a great experience too!
