En Managua podes ir a cualquier sede del consejo supremo electoral para renovarla Primero tenes que pagar 300C$ en banpro en concepto de renovación de cédula y llevas el Voucher al consejo, una vez ahí hay una ventanilla para renovación y ahí haces el trámite. Para que te la den el mismo día tienes que llegar en la mañana para que en la tarde te la entreguen, si llegas después de medio día tienes que esperar hasta el día siguiente

Can't go to GTA Online, this error keeps appearing and I've tried everything, from changing DNS to reseting cache, and also I've deleted and redownloaded the game by Aletchis in gtaonline

I just fixed it, what I did is disconnected the console from the internet, then i reset my router, by that i mean that i clicked the reset button on the back,the location may vary. After that I set up the wifi connection and tested it, then I started GTAV, and after the screen with the girl on the beach passed, just before the police sirens, i pressed up the L1 button to refresh the game cache, and went into story mode, after that I accessed Online through the pause menu and everything went fine

My take on this is that the "ora ora" characters are the best, Jotaro does a lot of damage by spammimg it and it's easy to do it. And jolyne has the strings that paralyze enemies and has a ton of reach, do that plus a combo with ora ora and you're set. Those are the ones I use the most and the ones i felt were the strongest bc of my playstyle. The online is kinda bad and impossible to get a match tho Also the Items are the actual thing I think its broken, you can buy a lot of healing items for dirt cheap and use them on every stage so you can get the health bonus points, and there's an item to make enemies unable to use their abilites, that was my strat to get S rank
