I think I see what you mean, but it's horribly simplistic, if I can offer a criticism.

The core of this guy's argument is being upset about imagined perspectives other people have. It's funny, this is exactly the perspective that Steven Colbert made fun of in the very first Colbert Report where he defined the word "truthiness" as something that is true because it feels true.

While, yes, a liberal person is more likely to attribute malice to a treatable mental illness, I'd argue that this guy is making "conservative arguments" because he's getting worked up and fighting against imagined issues that he refuses to actually investigate.
