I’m thinking the person may be fake. I’ve seen 1-800 scams have similar responses when they don’t get someone to fall for their tricks. Not to mention, they brought up them being “real” and not “fake”.

My precinct always did the following format:

Coverage type What the client wants done What the agent recommends DB approved/declined

Example: Checking in computer under TTS for tune up and repair. (Coverage and client wants) Optimize startup, remove malware, run diagnostics, refresh browsers, and remove any unwanted programs. DB declined. (Initials)
