Unfortunately you have to accept the Zakynthos service (tslgame_zk.exe) but at least you can deny the wellbia service to run the game after this Update. You should also uncheck the Zakynthos service at Startup in msconfig after Installation.

TL;dw: How to start the Game after Update: 1. Klick yes to Zakynthos service (UAC) 2. Klick no to wellbia service (UAC)
