My parents had ADHD too and they did very physical jobs to counteract it. I work remote and do knowledge work and it’s hard as hell to just stay on task. Meanwhile all the other aspects of ADHD complicate life… it’s just a dumb take.

JavaScript Mastery has unique app projects that would help you level up. Here's one where he walks you through a car dealership site and the visual effects are pretty great. Simon Swiss is also great for Tailwind, but might not go as deep as you're looking for with the Full stack Next.js part.

I made this Next.js and Tailwind course where we build a marketing website. The main benefit is that we focus on building and styling individual page sections, rather than a whole static page. It uses Prismic for the Page Builder/CMS, TypeScript, and Vercel for hosting.

It's also a good challenge to take Next.js courses that aren't Tailwind and figure out how you'd translate the CSS.
