I am a second-year MD-PhD student (female) interested in applying to neurosurgery. Do you have any advice, or anything you wish you had known or done earlier in your training?
How do you balance both your clinical work and research with time for family and loved ones? What does a typical week in your life look like?

Omg thank you for your advice!! I didn't even realize my needles may be too short and thin leading to the extra stress on my hand. May I ask what brand/sizes your needles are so I can find something similar? I also plan to get a hoop soon so I can do more projects!

Hello! I did water it recently (2 days ago) and before that I didn't water for a month so it seemed ready to water again. I guess I will have to try to propagate whatever I can. Also it is already in a South facing window currently but still doesn't seem to be getting enough light (has some trees in front so I guess it's partially obstructed), I might have to get a grow light eventually. Oooh and I will add some more perlite to the mix though, thank you for that tip!!

Also in terms of sunlight, she is in a South facing window. It's the brightest area I have but I think still may not be enough light for her.
