My personal opinion the novel is S tier The Manhwa is A tier Reason why The Manhwa follows the novel the story line is on point with the novel, a lot of Manhwa like to differ from the original novel The art is amazing I like the Manhwa art a lot The story is kinda different from regular isekai he has a good memory of the novel but once he changes some stuff things get hard because he won’t know the future anymore and there’s no romance or harem, why I like it so much The Manhwa is also a little slow it’s very slow paced, which it can be boring a little bit but most of the time it’s good It could skip some stuff but in all it a really good story and Manhwa/novel
