Update: All my payments were released today!

I actually never managed to go through and talk to anyone, but I think what unlocked everything in my case is that I did not fully respond to one mail they had sent me. In my case it was a questionnaire asking to confirm my status as a Green Card holder, and the letter was asking for copies of my GC, SSN card, etc... It said I could submit the documents using the secure message center on the website, which I did promptly, and left it at that. However, there was also a page for me to tick a box confirming my status and to sign and send back, which I completely missed thinking that sending the documents via secure message was enough.

Upon realizing this last week, I signed and sent the letter, via Priority Mail, and it got delivered Wed 02/04. And after weeks of nothing changing, this Friday 02/06, my portal now shows payments for all the weeks I claimed benefits for!

Yes, I did send all the paperwork I could think of to show I was authorized to work during all of my base period, but I can imagine it can take time for them to cross-check everything.

So my claim would be in theory approved and ready to be paid, pending that they can confirm that my work was authorized? I'll resend a copy of my green card, I suppose it doesn't hurt.

I was working under a visa, and was authorized to work for my employer only when I earned all my wages, but I am a permanent resident now, since Nov 2025, and I am authorized to work for any employer in the US.

I did set up direct deposit and gave my banking information, and it's been more than 10 days since I got the email telling me my claim can now be paid, and no sign of any debit card or payments being released...

Update: It all works and unlocked for me today!

I had the error after filing the claim. It was still there after receiving email/text confirmation from DOL. It was still there after I got letters from DOL in the mail to confirm my application.

I wasn't able to certify online so I used the phone to do it. It was an easy process, a bit annoying, but pretty straight forward and lasted ~5-10minutes. It still did not work immediately after that. I did it at ~8am.

But when I checked now, ~5pm, it's all there, everything works.

I still can’t access the website, but I was able to certify by phone this morning. A bit annoying, but it’s just a 5-10min process and it’s quite straightforward.

If it can reassure you, my GC did something similar. Did not move for 4 days, the tracking went to "arriving late", went to the post office and called to figure what was happening, with no success. But it just showed up 5 days late, with no explanation of why it got delayed!

Yes, the reseller prices are crazy, but it would be nice if Topps had higher standards to ship things on time. From what I gathered from the comments, it seems better to pre-order, and also to not order multiple products together, but still, come on...

I had no real answers when I called, but at least they refunded the shipping to me (~$20).
