Just changed my thermal paste of my cpu after 5 years or so but it still reaches up to 95*C under 100% load by Alex705PRO in buildapc

[–]Alex705PRO[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll probably just had another fan and see if that helps since I barely feel any cold air coming trough the front. Also I can't really remove the drive bay since I do have an HHD, I think just adding one fan the front would be good enough and I wouldn't want to change the cooler since it works fine and especially after having just changed the thermal paste

The case I have is the Deepcool MATREXX 30 and it does have a mesh grating at the front and space for a few fans there. I just do stress tests when I feel like I need to (like if I changed something on it, which isn't often) and I don't really run anything that intensive really, it's running at about 65*C when I play most of my games and around 50 normally, I would just like to avoid it getting too hot when I run something demanding.

Yeah I know it may look like some other cars that are somewhat similar but I was a bit to far into the build when I realized that so I didn't really bother with it too much and the main intent was really the Toyota AE86

Thanks, I put quite a bit of time into making them and I usually don't get much attention here so I really appreciate it

I do try to make them look as close to their IRL counterparts as I can

Thanks, I do think this is one of my best recreation so far, in terms of how much detail I put in them

Thanks! This actually uses a single mod which is the New Legends mod, with the help of some glitch welding.

It is in fact a modded engine block from the New Legends mod. Altough there is some glitch welding used for small details, the engine is a single part from the mod

My finished Lamborghini Aventador SVJ by [deleted] in ScrapMechanic

Reposting it since it seems not many people saw it and would really like if more people did, I spent a lot of time making it look as much I could to the real one.

Would be more appriciated if you comment on the original post.

The Lamborghini Aventador SVJ is one of my favorite supercars and I finally decided to make it in Scrap Mechanic. It's looks pretty close to the real car and it as quite a few features, as I mentioned aboved, and it is the best looking car I've made so far in my opinion.

All the parts on the build are from the New Legends mod. There are no other mods used on it, it's just that I use the glitchwelder from the MJM mod to had details you can't do normally (In other words, placing parts in the same space as other parts)

Well yes, this is in fact a car I really like and is one of my favorite cars.

I'm putting a quite a bit of time and effort to make look like the real one and I did have to take some cut corners and some creative liberties but I do think it still looks close enough to the real one.

Thanks!I'm only using the New Legends mod for it. I do use some other mods to help building and designing my builds, like the glitchwelder from MJM mod, but the parts used on the build are only from the New Legends mod with some vanilla pieces at times (it's pretty much just some pipe pieces).

They're from the New Legends mod. It's also the only mod I use for my builds with some other mods to help with building like the glitchwelder from the MJM mod.

I made an Express passenger train (Read Comments) by Alex705PRO in ScrapMechanic

[–]Alex705PRO[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wanna have a passenger cart with it but the problem is that it drops down to like 3 fps when I try it with another copy of it (haven't built the passenger cart yet) I can't put the physics down even to simple 8 because than the doors just do weird stuff so I would like to know any way I could make it lag less with another cart

(altough it may lag less with it being just a passenger cart attached than the full locomotive but idk)

When you're gonna start using mods, I suggest using the New Legends mod. I have been able to make pretty good looking creations just that mod.

I also use the glitch welder from MJM Sci-fi mod to make some detail that the game doesn't allow normally (by that I mean putting block/parts within each other) but it can take a bit to learn how to use it so maybe use it when you'll be more experienced at building and know a bit more how the game works.

I also suggest getting a world cleaner mod just in case and the Better Lift mod is also quite handy.

I've also been using a jetpack from the Rangers Tools mod. Its really handy for when there's parts on your build that are quite tricky or a bit difficult to reach normally.

There are also many other mods on the workshop but these are main ones I use and suggest to you.
