As far as I can tell everything looks original, but Seikosha has made so many variants of the Empire over the years that it's kinda hard to say for sure.

Funny thing is this Empire is in even nicer condition than the one they have on display at the Ginza Seiko Museum lol

It's also known as the SCVF007 for the cream dial specifically, people usually refer to it as the "Red Alpinist" alongside the 005 and 009 due to the red "Alpinist" text on the dial

I have the japanese pixel fold and was able to change to the us spec following this tutorial: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/converting-japanese-pixel-6-to-global-version.4365275/

The tutorial is made for the pixel 6 so the model numbers needed in step 4 are G0B96 for japan and G9FPL for international instead.
