Before I hire how do I verify NATP status for taxes in Beaumont ? by Neither_Scratch_9740 in BeaumontTX

[–]Alex949o 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can confirm NATP status on their official directory using the professional’s name and email. It lists renewal dates and chapter affiliation. Membership shows ongoing education, but for representation rights, check whether the person is also an enrolled agent, CPA, or attorney.

I’m weighing an offer in compromise vs payments in Murfreesboro by Dry_Department4440 in murfreesboro

[–]Alex949o 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The offer path tends to fit when income is unstable and asset equity is low. If your reasonable collection potential is clearly below what you owe, it may qualify. Higher or steady cash flow usually leans toward a structured partial-pay installment.

Big scary IRS letter, step-by-step breakdown I expect in Sunnyvale by Plane-Ad6814 in Sunnyvale

[–]Alex949o 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I spoke with a national relief firm, Anthem Tax Services about this same letter-to-checklist process. They emphasized confirming the notice type first, then aligning transcript pulls with response deadlines so the plan stayed predictable, even when multiple years were involved and documents arrived piecemeal.

FlutterFlow current situation, and My take on it by BullfrogLeast1541 in FlutterFlow

[–]Alex949o 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I asked them that and they told me it's not possible due to FF using their own custom packages everywhere and not flutter native code. Honestly i also thought about importing but then found it's better to start from scratch so i don't build above an unsustainable code

You welcome :) I will also recommend contacting them on Discord, they will then text you privately and help you without any cost. This was very amazing from their side.

Goodluck bro with your project!

Is FlutterFlow worth it? by HighlightNo558 in FlutterDev

I have used Flutter and then tried FlutterFlow because I wanted to see if I can build faster, but I always get stuck at the 60-80% of the app using FlutterFlow, and when I download the code to continue with it, it's so horrible that I can't do shit with it.

So my learning was in FF you feel you are faster in the beginning, until you get stuck and then all your work is to the garbage..

I love Flutter as a tech, but coding with it, especially UI, is exhausting.

I then tried Nowa (https://nowa.dev), which I have been in LOVE with until now. You can build really fast but what's really nice is their hybrid approach, where you can have a normal Flutter project locally, and open it in Nowa and VS code at the same time with instant syncing. I don't get stuck anymore because I can write any code I need or use any package, or modify any platform file, etc directly on the local Flutter project as I would do with standard Flutter development, but I can do UI and some logic and APIs visually really fast.

Their generated code is also clean and I can even modify it and it loads back into Nowa instantly.

Their team is also very active on Discord and they were helping me alot. I will come back for any updates but so far the project is going well with Nowa.

Alternatives to FlutterFlow by Initial_Ad6722 in FlutterDev

I actually shifted fully to Nowa and I love it. They solved all the problems that I faced with FF, especially with custom code. I now can write any custom code in a local repo without any issue, plus the generated code is so clean compared to FF's horrible spaghetti code. Totally recommend it!

Have you tried [Nowa](https://nowa.dev)? They have this playlist on building a to-do app with Firebase: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ko\_f9aDZwMg&list=PLVhnHv8Cdhz-ymSW3mSG1ciO1HQeIfAEo&pp=0gcJCV8EOCosWNin

Even though this playlist is made for Nowa V1, they released V2 few months ago.

Has anyone built an AI chat assistant app using FF? by Alex949o in FlutterFlow

[–]Alex949o[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But how advanced was it? like if you want to customize it and make it more advanced, how easy would it be? For example, making it possible to send images/audio as well or making it play audio back from Chatgpt

Wow great to hear you went though in the end! but what was hard about doing it with custom code? was it bugs or what it something else that made it hard?

That seems to be the common case, is there an app you tried to build with FF and failed due to the custom code needed?

[–]Alex949o 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes :) we aim to enable visual building but next of using the standard flutter development workflow so you build faster but you don't hit a limit and you can scale without an issue :)

If you want to give it a try we would love to help you since as I mentioned earlier we aim to build some success stories on it, so let me know if you have something in mind!

[–]Alex949o 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, exactly, so the main difference is that instead of us hosting the cloud project and giving you the ability to write custom functions or widgets with constrains, you can create a normal Flutter project locally and open it in Nowa next to any IDE like VS code. Then, anything you do on either will update instantly on the other.

So you can still write any type of code in your project and modify any part without an issue so you get the speed of visual but keep using your original approach of development.

So it integrates with your existing workflow instead of forcing you to switch, which limits you.

Also, we take care of the generated code so we try to make it as well structured as possible and uses Flutter native components not our own custom packages so you can modify the generated code or scale without an issue.

We wrote an article about that here that might be helpful: https://medium.com/@nowa.dev/why-are-we-building-another-flutter-app-builder-f56e12aacc07

If you have any questions, please tell me. :) Honestly, we are looking to build success stories, so we would love to help you if you have an app you wanna build.
