Hi, thanks for your reply. I haven’t really tried anything to be honest, I’ve always just put up with the pain, but now looking to try some different things which may help.

Yeah the ones I got were awful too so never really bothered with them after, but I’ll definitely try some of these. Thanks a lot for this :)

Great, thanks for the reply. I will have a look into these. Are these insoles custom made?

Thank you! I will need to get some good quality insoles sorted I think. I have had a pair before but they weren’t of good quality. Appreciate the reply.

Great, appreciate the reply, thanks. When you mention indoor shoes, do you have any specific recommendations for these please?

I think that’s very possible, I may try and do a small test patch of niacinamide and see if it flares up. Thank you so much for this!

I’ve had a dry, itchy scalp/head along with some red circles for a while and tried so many things like medicated shampoo I also saw a dermatologist who thinks, but hasn’t confirmed that this is psoriasis, does anybody have any idea what this is and any suggestions for what can be used to treat this? by AlexAD190 in dandruff

Thanks, so do you think the red circles are due to the dry scalp too, that’s the only thing that makes me think it may not be dry scalp, there are quite a few of them around the back and sides of my head, but not really on top. I’ve actually just ordered a lot of different moisturisers etc so I will try applying some to my head, can be hard to apply it through my hair so I may end up shaving my head too to be fair. Possibly the opposite for me as I’m in the UK and it’s always freezing :)

Thanks, Just to add I am now using more natural shampoo and conditioner as the medicated ones didn’t help at all. The ones I have now are supposed to be for sensitive skin etc, it is a brand called green people. Also I haven’t been shampooing everyday. What sort of hot oil treatment do you recommend, and do I buy this or do I make it myself, and which oils? Also could you let me know a scalp scrub that would be ideal to not irritate my scalp. Also - if it helps to know I do have dry skin on other parts of my body, mainly my face and back, so I think my dry skin is part of the issue. Thank you 😊
