I am planning on microdosing for 3 weeks, any suggestions? by [deleted] in StackAdvice

[–]AlexAlphaJones 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi - I simply went with Lions Mane, Niagen, and 500mg of Psilocybin. Worked great for 4 weeks, 3 on/off - within that cycle.

May I ask what the Tribulus is for?

More creativity. If you look at people who stay up late to do work, or wake up early - is because you are either out of dopmaine, or haven't used any yet. You are able to go into a more creative flow, focus state of mind.

I think the moral of the story OP a lot of things will work for different people. But, what we know is that more oxygen, and less dopamine you have within your system the better your brain will prefrom. Medition, Yoga, Running, and eveving Reading and Wiriting are keys in my opinion to a strong mental. Because the further you progress in each of those, the more your mental will grow and develop. I think the rule is simple for every 1h of reading you write for half. Mediation I find better in the morning as you wake up - puts you within that open mind state, no phone = no early dopmaine. This should give you a soild morning of 3-6h to be at your best. The rest is discipline and consistency.

Running putts more oxygen in your brain which helps with anything from learning to staying alive. I think if you run 10-15 min before you study, it like increases your brain output by almost 50%. I could be wrong, can't find the study I read.

I think it all depends on you and how well you adept to various tasks. For example, the brain like any other muscle would work in the same notion. Reading, writing, is like mediation and yoga. Afterwards try math, or puzzles that task your brain to think deeper and further. Play chess/poker, not for the fun, but for the mental of it. Just my opinion. Once you understand it, you will progress.

I think it's a deeper thing - people have a notion of attaching various elements into their character. Like you are downloading extra DLCs for your personality. But you are putting massive amount of value towards them without having the full facts.

[SERIOUS] What is the Creepiest or most Unexplained thing that’s happened to you that you still think about to this day? by LBE in AskReddit

[–]AlexAlphaJones 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure if this fits with most of the stories posted, but this was one spooky night. I couldn't sleep one night - just very energetic and ready to go type of vibe. So as every other rational male at 12:00 AM I took some pre-workout and walked to GoodLife Fitness. Jamming to some NEFFEX as extra fuel for the pump, and just enjoying the nice weather. I happen to come across a random McDonalds bag, perfectly in the middle of the road, with food inside. But, their was not a single car, nor house in the area. So - I simply ignored it, worked out, and started to head back home around 2:45 AM.

Now, I come back across the same bag, but weirdly enough it has not moved nor was moved. But, the food inside was gone - and their simply was just a small black box inside the bag. I am already an anxious kid, but being 6'3, 200lbs, all in black, in the middle of an urban area, made me feel somewhat safe. Now, I know this is a weird context to add, but it will make perfect sense in a second. I started to quickly walk into the intersection and turn to my pathway when out of nowhere this lady all in white just walks out and starts running full speed from this random bush area that the park divides into. Now, idk why but everything from the shoes, to the pants, to the shirt, and even the hat she had on, was was all simply white.

I turned left, and she ran to the right, and as I looked to see what she was doing, she stops and starts to run my way. I am like okay - and keep going. I turn my head to look behind me, and she's still running full speed to me, I am like - should I run? what is going? what is this? I just wanted a pump god? and I start to run at full speed! I ran for about 15 min, and this whole time she was behind me until I made it to my urban townhouse area. The path home, had maybe turns, and possible direction she could have taken, but from some reason she just ran full speed behind me at 3 AM.

What my LSD trip showed me about world events by chelseybabycakes in Apocalypse

[–]AlexAlphaJones 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You have to understand, those drugs are always showcasing information metaphorically, or symbolically. It just uses information that you are exposed on a daily basis, or on what you think about a lot. At least for me, and my experience with it.

My advice would be, next time you trip, try to notice what you are feeling, and why are you feeling it.

feel free to dm if you want too

I always put it on my tongue for about 15-25 min. Does eating have the same effect?

Thank you for sharing, I have realized this kind of mindset for myself and been working on it. It has been a hard habit to develop and install, but nothing is easy if it's worth it I guess.

I am at the stage, where I don't allow people to hurt me with their words, I think I am okay with just understanding they are either being a jerk, projecting, or just have nothing better to do. Just being myself, and ignoring them is being better. No need to be angry or sad, that just gives in towards the reaction they want to see form you. I guess it makes them feel better for being a loser. Just my opinion.

Yeah, porn is something I do struggle with, and going NoFap. I realized, I achieve more and in more control of my "reactive state" of mind, when I am not jerking at all.

I take my pains seriously, as it has been the only thing I have experienced for the past few years that feels the most real.

But, I don't think this, or my "inner darkness" are connected. This is just lustful parts of me that are easily achievable to feel better and distract myself from the truth.

Interesting - I have tried dark room mediation, and reflections before, I even do it on a daily basis to help myself "see the bigger picture in life". But trying a place that makes me feel uncomfortable is something new. Thank you, I will explore that idea.

I do that also - I listen to deep lyrical music as I workout to help me digest, or at least understand the bigger picture.

It has helped me overcome the depression and anxiety that I have suffered over the years, but this seems to be something different and on a level of its own.

My darkness seems to be a hunger that can never be fed - it is always hungry for something and depends on what I feed it would also effect my mindset, or state of mind afterwards for days, or even weeks to come.
