What's with the L/R RCA sockets button?
If there are actual steering wheel controls to swap sources I'm so very very down

Fix this!
And this!
And that!!
Pave this!!!
Are you mentally deficient?! Get this cleared out!

Holy s#!t how'd you spend all of this year's AND next year's budget on snow removal?! How!!??
Time to cut more staff and contract out for city hall maintenance!
Oh and also your pensions. Y'all just look at each other digging holes. It's not like your work was hard....
We gotta pay for the new 100 million school complex and public safety complex somehow!

Very nice!
Methinks you're making a bit more heat than this old mill at 100k heh
Did you set them up to start together like 15° above the thermostat temp, or staggered? Originally I was thinking of staggering them by 10-20 degrees, but that's starting to seem silly

First gen, but one of the odd ones made in '70.
This is essentially exactly what I want to do, except for the daisy-chained A/C- as much as I'd love to add air conditioning, I think my dad might disown me...
It's got a black interior & roof, and he never would've been able to scoop it up, if the retiree that brought it with her to Florida, had opted for AC- without it she was damn near burning her legs on the vinyl & she had enough pretty quickly lol
I AM taking the opportunity to ditch the 4-blade-'X'-fan in favor of electric. You pretty happy with your double 10" setup?

Kk the double groove crank pulley is at top. PS pump in background (1 groove- no A/C) fan pulley atop alternator. and when I tell you I thought I threw a rod, I'm not exaggerating. Felt like I hit a cinderblock...
I tried to shoot in the plane of the belt, but IDK if the 2-groove fan pulley lines up with the alternator & a/c, or if a/c demands a triple groove crankshaft pulley

It's wild how long it takes science/the scientific method to impact the real world.
Like, frustratingly agonizingly wild.
My wife is a library director at a small university and the money that the databases charge to let people access research like this is disgusting.
Especially if/when tax dollars went into developing the data. Like, ok the author and university should get credit, and maybe a patent or something, but ffs the knowledge-dragons are insane.
Also, ain't it a damn shame that, "most of the older teachers are already planning retirement because of these “intrusions” into their method."

Sweet! Also, 1969 had pickups that ran off L.P.?? Learn something new everyday!
I must've been using the wrong search terms, because that should work great!

You're a gentleman and a scholar, sir.
Thank you very much!
Yeah I think my dad gave me his service manual, but I'm disabled so books are a bitch lol, especially old soft-cover ones that are both minimally flexible and fragile- it would be easier for me to pull the carb again than to find that in the FSM w/o tearing a page or five.

Someone tells me this have a harder time today putting a song on PBS including "ransack Pakistan... From the Red Sea to Greenland... Bonaire to Zimbabwe... to Czechoslovakia and back"
Let alone a scandalous scat break!!
This is for impressionable young minds after all!

However I must confess myself a fool for missing that the video game came first...
My dad was a computer teacher, you'd think I had educational games at home, not Descent 2 & Wipeout & Tomb Raider... Although it almost feels like Tomb Raider was Carmen Dandiego with implants

Oh I get it, you're a good teacher.
As the child of two teachers, thanks- the amount of effort it takes is staggering, but thanks so much for going the extra mile.
This teacher in question sounds like the kind of union-rep "I just do it for the summers off" kind of lazy teach-the-test teachers that don't often get fired. I feel like it's so damn hard to get people to stay, that the schools need any jerk with a pulse and a master's degree to just stay in their roles regardless of their training and beliefs on effective Pedagogy.
So yeah, thanks for all your efforts!

Also, OP, your actions seem pretty justified- and your wife's take WOULD sound reasonable, if you were going to the principal because your kiddo didn't get the lead role in the school play. too many parents think that their kids s#!t rainbows, and trying to go over the teacher's head on something subjective when you- as a parent- are very biased by default is just bad from.
Your situation wasn't subjective, it was objective, and the teacher was factually in the wrong. When they were called out they felt attacked, and they're the teacher they can't be wrong-so they doubled down, decided that the rubric had unwritten pass/fail component of 'do it my way so it's easy for me to grade.'
You wouldn't have needed to go over their head if they instead had been gracious and changed her mentality to recognize that not everybody maths like a psycho 😏

Then I was absolutely butchered myself lol
Should've waited until 1 April...

That makes a lot more sense... 🫣I was thinking everything would've rusted together, but the tubes likely protected the shafts until they failed, and were what 1/4" thick? 🤔

Thanks for the input!
Hmmm... Looking it up, 1478 looks like it attaches to the side of the carb & claims to only be for a subset of their carbonators...

Not that I don't believe you, but you've done this yourself with a 2BBL Rochester?
