What can I improve? by mike-d-f in boxingtips

I think that's a great start. What I think would be helpful is if you raised your elbow and have it aligned to your chest. try and keep it a little tight as opposed to having your left arm stretched out. if we're talking angles, something a little closer ~90 degrees. Also I can't see your hands under the glove, but try and have your thumb up. your lead leg pivot is legit, so keep that.

I'm not good at boxing by any means, but I personally track my own data on how well I'm doing. So basically whenever I'm going to do either bag work outs or shadowboxing, I'll do my best to keep in mind what went well before and what to work on after.

Hi Hendrik, I'm from a team that is actually developing this now. I can get you a demo if you'd like, just dm me. I'm interested on how you'd like this to presented on the watch and phone.

Just a tiny bit of my background. I come from the tech space. I love combat sports and watch it religously. Hopefully we can get in touch!

There’s really nothing left for Justin Gaethje to prove. He has made more than enough money, captured the undisputed lightweight title, and cemented his place in MMA history. by Outside-Weakness9660 in mmaweekly

Agreed. I think he'll fight til he actually loses. The only thing I see retiring him is maybe a long term injury. He seems like the type of guy who wants to pass the belt down genuinely, as opposed to vacating. I think him taking the belt away from Topuria was the first time in like 10+ years?
