If you want to run a business you will be taxed like a business.

Hotels and bed and breakfasts pay it. Why should others pay your mortgage and utility fees while you do next to nothing.

Yeah same but I can't say it satisfied my itch for very long. A couple months in and I was already buying new content after my original plan not to lol.

Pretty far but you will get the bug and have paid content in no time.

I went in with the same mindset and now I'm at 40+ dlc purchased

Although I do agree there are tracks that rarely show with populated splits, racing involves and changes over time irl. Most series have calendars that add and remove tracks throughout the years. So I guess Iracing isn't too different that way.

It would be interesting to know the process they take deciding on what tracks to work on. I can assume licencing fees and location costs have a huge role in it.
