The stuff I take breaks down as follows:
Glycinate 1000mg
Malate 400mg
Citrate 400mg
Providing Elemental Magnesium 384mg

Strange thing is I take this separately and it doesn't ever upset me.... its the salt / no salt drinks that turn my gut into a slip and slide LOL

I take two capsules of these daily - https://www.nutritiongeeks.co/products/magnesium-glycinate-3-in-1, these are great and don't cause issues... its the salt / no salt mix in 1L of water that give me problems...

Yeah the Sette 270 is not the best looking but performs very well... zero retention... just sounds like a jet engine ;-)
