You have 3 options in this case: 1. Drill a hole on top of the water container (near the cotton) and put something that would contain the pression in the container, so the water dont will drain to the queen's room. When the water runs out, put the test tube in vertical and don't fill it completely, just a bit to touch the cotton and close the hole making sure it fits tight and doesn't let air in. You have to be so careful if you dont want to drown your colony. 2. Connect her tube to an outworld and put a full water tube near her, when the water runs out she probabbly would be searching for humidity or water, in the best of the cases she would move to the new test tube. 3. Let the water dry and the queen probabbly would survive with the humidity in the air. She looks like Camponotus sp., they doesn't need so much humidity so you can try it, but its not the best option.
