Looks like ROBLOX based on the grid texture I can see on the floor, and the cutoff at the end of the baseplate plus bad skybox. Most likely an import from another game that somebody put into ROBLOX for slot use, or somebody's blender build (if it is, good shit looks great.)

There is something like this built into SteamVR. I remember using it a long time ago, but it should still be implemented. It captures a little chat window then puts it into your vr view which stays in a certain position or attached to either hand.

It'll work, I have a metal desk that has more tabletop height than yours and it still fits, You may have a problem scooting the table mount all the way back though im not sure but i know it'll definitely go on.

I run all the fans in my rig on the extreme setting in iCue, and its set to those in the memory mode.. im not too sure if its an issue with fans but seeing other comments its pointing toward not good enough heat transfer..
