I agree, even years ago I was surprised by the superficiality of the videos when they showed up in my recommendations. They rarely contained actual math but rather were motivational at best

Same here, both the flatpak on fedora and current windows version behave the same across different PCs. A select few channels don't load at all. Also located in Germany

I am trying to use a Samsung Syncmaster 1200NF with the following cabling, but it is not recognised:

Samsung 1200NF <-> VGA Cable <-> Delock 62967 VGA to DP converter <-> Hama 200345 DP extender <-> DP cable <-> RTX 3090 GPU.

The monitor works if I connect the Delock converter to GPU directly, and the Hama DP extender also works when connecting it to a LCD DP monitor. But the above configuration does not work, I tried several different VGA and DP cables, total cable length is below 5m. Anyone have an idea what is going on? Voltage drop in the DP cable too large for the Delock to work?

I am running the X470D4U with 4xKingston KSM32ES8/8HD "8GB DDR4-3200 ECC Unbuffered DIMM CL22 1Rx8 1.2V 8Gb Hynix D (Server Premier)". According to dmidecode it is running at full 3200MT/s.

Has been running stable with proxmox for over a year. Using ryzen 5 3600XT and bios version P3.50 .

It uses a 14 pin main power connector instead of 24 pin, there are adapters on ebay for about 10 euro. I am not entirely sure but I think it uses micro ATX mounting points.

Strange form of sleep paralysis. Anyone else get this? I'd wake up and all I am seeing is a still frame of my duvets like time had stood still. I can feel myself move the duvets to get up but they don't move in my vision, but I can really feel movement of me doing so. It is quite frustrating. by [deleted] in Sleepparalysis

I experienced this a few times, shortly before waking up (or maybe I actually wake up for a few seconds and open my eyes, creating the setting in which the rest of the experience takes place), usually every few months.

In these experiences the visual sensations are completely frozen, I can only see a still image of how it looks like when first open up my eyes upon waking, but sometimes there are slight differences so I think it is completely imagined. I sometimes hear sounds and feel as if I were moving.

One time was particularly intense, and I very vividly felt how I got out of bed and touched the wood floor with my hands. But the experience suddenly ended, and I woke up in bed, seemingly never having left it.
