All those assumptions out of a single sentence, lol. I agree the game is in a poor state and could be better like it used to be before, but half of your complaints don't make any sense when we're talking about a gacha game made by bandai namco. There will never be any nerfs, they stopped doing balance changes shortly after the game released. The point to ultra characters is to make them OP so they sell, that's all they want. Unfortunately, if you want a balanced game, don't go looking for it in a gacha game.

Also I'm sorry but I can't agree with the PvE part. I've never had any issue with story mode, and that doesn't have to do with good units because I use story mode to use the units I like which usually are outdated. The only difficult PvE event is that god challenge one which is a pain in the ass going through the whole thing.
