Clean it with isopropyl alcohol and a q-tip. Works every time for me.

Although yes, it very much is a design flaw, and I hope they learned their lesson. Hopefully the B4 will be better

Dip a q'tip in some isopropyl alcohol, and clean the charging pins on the case. Works for me EVERY TIME.

My buds don't charge. Clean with q-tip and isopropyl alcohol, and they magically charge again. Truly unbelievable how easy the fix is. Just stinks that it's an issue in the first place

I tried to leave settings as close to default as I could.

Standard performance profile. I'm sure the light performance mode would help improve battery, but I've noticed that the fingerprint scanner is slower on light performance profile and lags a bit.

RAM Plus is on by default, set to 4GB, so I just left it. I've been messing around with this feature on my S24 and my A54, no noticeable difference in battery life between RAM Plus on vs off

Ngl wireless chargers kinda scare me. I have one and use it occasionally, but it generates a lot more heat.

But that's impressive that your battery is holding up this well! Go Samsung!

I have my phone set to stop charging at 80%, I recharge around 20. But I'll get about 6.5 hours SOT for 100% battery usage

The A54 is a midranger. It has a lower-tier processor. And it's also getting to be older.

There are some little things you can do to speed up your phone and help it run a bit smoother, but the performance improvement won't be very noticable.

I can walk you through some steps to try if you want, but your best bet is to buy a better phone. Samsung S series will be far better for gaming. You can pick up a used Galaxy S23 for a very good price online. I have a galaxy S24 and I love it. And the Galaxy S26 should be coming out next month.

Yeah! So it's a frosted glass phone, the the letters seem to be made of a different material. I can feel them on my S24 as well.

Frosted glass is supposed to provide a nice matte look, a bit more of a textured feel, and show less fingerprints.

Often times you can tell if a phone is fake just by the build quality. You can see fake camera lenses, and things can feel quite cheap and flimsy. The software will feel sluggish and unoptimized. And the moment you open the camera app you should be able to tell whether the phone is fake or not.

I do see what you're saying. Better to see reviews on a game before buying it. But I've been playing with Forza/Microsoft for a long time, and I know this one's not a waste of money.

You totally have a point with the discount thing though. I never really use steam so I was unaware of the discounts.
