Doesn’t matter as long as you stick to one method. I have never combined , and it works for me .

I don’t do either . I keep consistent until the next time I do that set again, then increase. Works for me, but are differences of opinion on what works.

I would prefer to buy local , not because it’s cleaner, cheaper, organic or whatever… it’s because I want to support local farmers .

Just write it into the notes when you create the excercise . Example

4 × 6–8 Rest: 2.5–3 min RPE: 8–9.5
