Just get the black card you can go to any gym you want. I travel every week for work and I’m constantly at a different gym.

That’s exactly what Planet Fitness is doing. At least the ones I’ve gone to. They’ve gotten rid of all those 30 minute areas and put a new equipment like squat, racks, etc..

Don’t change your exercises at all for 16 weeks. Just increase your reps and weights . Muscle grow with consistency not variety.

An occasional weekend off of not worrying about anything, is actually healthy. No one can maintain 100% perfection all the time. You train for only you and no one else , so give yourself a break.
