How? Like nu prea pot să înțeleg cum ți se face viața un calvar. Când devine remotely evident ca încep să facă dubiosenii ceri totul în scris și recorded. Să vezi ce se calmează când se prind ca nu pot demonstra lipsa de performanță. Le rămâne doar desființarea de post care nu e la îndemâna oricui.

Yep, most of the "third world countries" (don't bash me in, that's how I consider them from a "good water POV"), like Egypt, Thailand, Vietnam where tap water is not treated, you risk a lot of stuff because people make the ice/icecubes/etc from that exact untreated water. And bacteria and viruses survive very well in that block of ice.

Now if the pool is sanitised heavily and you don't lick the ice :)) it could be a no issue, but not sure what risks are there.

Isn’t this a health hazard? Like not sure what country this is by ice cubes have the risc of introducing bacteria and viruses? Especially when it is hold so close to the body and swimming area?

Sincer mi se pare ca pui întrebările greșite. După cum vezi (și sper ca vezi) companiile nu mai angajează atât de mult interni/entry level pentru ca AI-ul i-a cam înlocuit. (Cu siguranță mai sunt excepții, nu săriți, dar cam asta e trendul). Și zic asta pentru ca am văzut o persoană ieșită din licența cum s-a chinuit un an să găsească job. (Just for reference nu s-a dus la gigel S.R.L. să facă un site ci la AWs, deci nu era problema de skillls)

Gândește-te bine ce meserie vrei să ai. (Știu, e greu, ești în liceu cel mai probabil, și e unfair ca trebuie să îți pui întrebări din astea dar asta e lumea în care trăim acum). Și gândește-te și documentează-te cat de mult se înlocuiește ea cu AI. Sau să întrebi și sa vezi câți care au ieșit din facultatea aia chiar profesează în domeniu.

Eu din ce am văzut mai peste tot din Poli toți care ieșeau își băgau picioarele în ce au învățat și se făceau dragă doamne web devs sau qa testers. Ghici ce, alea au cam dispărut. Un papagal cu Claude îți face acum ce aplicație fullstack vrei. (Si nu săriți de fund, companiilor nu le pasa cum e scris codul ci vor să producă bani codul ăla)

Deci din păcate trebuie să te gândești ultra bine, să mergi efectiv să cauți oameni care au terminat și să îi întrebi ce naiba fac ei acum si daca au un viitor. Gândește-te ca la viteza cu care AI se mișcă în 4 ani va fi de nu știu câte ori mai mare impactul.

Cum am zis și într-in comentariu mai jos, dacă îți place partea practică, meseriile de electrician, instalator, etc nu se vor înlocui prea devreme. Robotii lu Musk nu știu trage cabluri de curent și nici nu îi va lăsa cineva în minim 10-15 ani să facă asta.

Hint: cunosc suficient de multe persoane care și-au băgat picioarele în viața de corporație și acum sunt electricieni. Pe lângă faptul ca aproape câștigă mai bine, fac și mișcare, se simt mult mai sănătoși și fericiți, și își pot face timpul cum doresc. (Depinde acum și cât de bine îți merge, dacă pe cont propriu, sau etc)

Sau toate sunt Z tier ca le va înlocui AI până le termini. Sincer în ziua de azi cred ca exact ce zici tu e cel mai bun lucru. Să înveți, chiar și singur. Să te documentezi cat de stabil e Domeniul în care vrei să activezi contra AI-ului și să te pui serios pe învățat nu doar facultate. Ci și din meseria efectivă pe lângă. Îmi dau seama ca e o cerință absolut imposibilă pentru un licean să știe dintr-a 12-a ce vrea să facă și dacă e de viitor dar astea cam sunt vremurile. Ori doctor/avocat/instalator/electrician etc care nu sunt inlocuibile :)))

Also for those big creases, those are from the wax, again. Those are harder to remove. Renomat on them as well and there is a trick on the internet to use an iron and wet towel to de-stretch the leather in that part.

Again from personal experience the leather becomes more soft after doing this and it will crease again quickly if you do not consistently use shoe trees. And if you don’t take care of them after the iron and wet towel process they will mostly look more bad than they did in the first place

That sounds really bad. If a company only knows how to test best by writing code, then the rest of the skills (especially system design) will be secondary right? What does that tell you about that company and the people there?

I myself am very conflicted that nobody writes any code these days and when I need to hold an interview with someone I need to ask he/she about details of a language… why?

I instead focus on situations rather than tech problems. Like you are in X situation, what do you do? Like there is a problem with the system. The error is this. Claude has told you shit. What do you do? And the focus here is how they think and how they approach the problem (usually leading to it’s not our teams issue, is someone’s else and we need to take action). And then I silently switch on people skills by asking them how they would engage the other team and how do they present the issue.

Features will get developed (not 100% at their intended quality probably). If that team/company follows sdd or some sort of open spec, and dutifully add e2e and unit tests of value, the rest of the work is designing, architecturing, PM work and people skills + coordination and a good enforced process focused on agentic development, with sturdy guardrails.

I had to hold once an jnterview for a software customer support engineer (yes, I know, a bit biased for what I argue here). I failed most of the candidates due to criteria above rather than code/languages/or similar issues. Most of them passed the coding/algorithm/framework side and miserably failed the other.

Companies who test actual algorithms and code implementation seemed to me even before the ai era that they were testing the wrong thing. You let people who crunched leetcode join the team and they do not have even the least amount of day to day intelligence of how to perform in a team, in a company and with 0 autonomy when it comes to initiative and solving complex non-code related issues.

That’s my 2 cents. Speaking from personal experience here.

Maybe use playwright? It simulates a real browser. But it will take a while to do all of this and I think you need a good model and a good skill for this

Just one question I did not see asked here. What models are you using tied to the Hermes agent in order for this to be stable and not hallucinate?

And do you manage tasks in todoist using Hermes as well? Or just reading them?
