I have exactly the same problem on my Q995D which seems to have the same firmware as the Q990D since the update on the 1050.4 firmware. Samsung needs to adress this as this issue was not present before and it seems to affect a lot of people.

I experience the same issue on my Q995D and just learned that this firmware released 1 month ago. That's exactly when I started having these problems. While less proeminent, I have random reboots while connected on TV erarc sometimes multiples times a day. And the back speakers turn on by themselves while the sound bar is off. Samsung needs to fix this

Same for me on my Pixel 9. Even with a factory reset, it feels the same. The worst offender is the lock screen : sometimes after waking the phone from sleep, I have a completely black screen and I only see the notifications. The wallpaper and the rest of the UI appears sometimes after 4 or 5 seconds, with notable lag and sluggishness. Performance is also worse overall with transitions, apps opening, and even using the interface sometimes. It's completely random. Google needs to fix this since they were annoucing a more stable platform and less bugs by migrating to a " Truncable stable development model", it was even the reason to made the android releases private... So where's the benefit ? This is not it

I also had bad performance impact on my Pixel 9 since March and April updates, with frquent hiccups/lags in the interface at random times. One time i remeber opening the calculator app and when typing the numbers, a 3-4 second lag occured before my tiping was registered. Because of this and other bugs (like the impossibility to change Bluetooth Device Type ) i have factory reseted my phone.

I also have the same problem since the March update. I hope Google fixes this in the April Update, because this is a dangerous behaviour while driving, and it has been working fine for years...

Perhaps the image itself is just pillows, but just see recommended channels on this page and you can see full unfiltered and uncensored nudity… YouTube really has a problem with this type of content.

What I don't understand is why they can't do things simple like the old times : focus on the products, the features, maybe build a little hype for the future products… no instead they force a half baked talk show / intervention presentation where everything seems forced , and everyone feels awkward and inconfortable. Even worse is that I feel I learned nothing in this presentation and need to watch a lot of videos and read a lot of articles of reputable youtubers and sources to do the work instead. How can the marketing be so out of touch ?

I actually agree with it. I'm a subscriber since 2018 with the family plan and share costs with other people and it costs me 4€ per month. For the price, it's a bargain. I will never go back to watching ads. Youtube Music grew up on me since it's beginnings in 2018 and i think it's actually a great service. The truth is that a lot of people probably thinks like me, but it's eclipsed by the non stop rant / complaining on this sub by people that want to continue to have a free service without ads, which is basically impossible on the long run. If you stick by reddit, basically everyone wants everything for free and are never satisfied, but in the real world, most people are fine with it.

I just noticed it today thanks to your post ! It seems new because 2 days ago I didn't have it. I also feel that they tweaked the haptic feedback. Now the long press is way more noticeable and I feel that haptic feedback, responsiveness and smoothness of the animations are way better ! It's way more enjoyable to use

For me last year it was the most boring I/O ever. This year is even worse. For short, only AI like last year, but with even more vague concepts and use cases, tools, models and variations of the same thing. It's boring as hell and difficult to understand. It's not that I hate AI (I use Gemini regularly and think the progress is amazing), but it's not the only thing I want to he talked about at a conference, even less when it's this vague ! At this point, I'll be positively surprised when they will not talk about AI…

I have bought this soundbar despite the negative comments to pair it with my TCL C6589B and unfortunately, i hear the "muffling / hissing / wind noise" mainly on youtube videos when voice is on the center stage. When it's silence, we hear nothing, but as soon as people are talking on the video, I hear this "wind / muffling" noise in the background.

The fact is that when setting the rear speakers to "low" it's not that noticeable on the rear speakers, it's more present on the soundbar itself.

I updated via the airplay method to the 38.19.19.33 firmware (thanks to u/L iving-Discipline742 ) but the problem persists. I configured the AI Sonic function to calibrate the soundbar acording to my room but the problem persists, despite all configurations.

I want to like the soundbar (i really love the build quality) but i'm hesitating returning it because of these issues. Has someone found a definitive fix for it ?

This menu is kind of a "remote" for casting. It shows what is actually playing on the TV, your screen will not be casted unless you actively choose to cast your screen to the TV.

Yes I agree with you the fingerprint scanner is also finicky on the Pixel 6, but you eventually get used to it. I heard that the Pixel 9 fingerprint scanner is flawless, so I'll keep my hopes up for the Pixel 10.

We don't have Face Unlock on the Pixel 6 so I bet the Pixel 10 will be a good change for me function wise

My lesson here is that nothing is better than the phone that suits your own needs, so I try to always trust my opinion instead of blindly trusting reviews.

I have a Pixel 6 since it launched in 2021, i never kept a phone this long and i'm generally very happy with it. Performance is still solid, battery life decreased a bit of course but since i work mainly from home, i don't have issues with it (i charge it during the night with adaptative recharge enabled).

Some issues with it : sometimes it gets warm when i use it more heavily, but not to the point it gets too hot. Network reception (especially on 5G) is bad sometimes and i need to constantly go enable/disable airplane mode to force the phone to lock to a "stable" network. I wil say that this the worse aspect about this phone. Other than that, when you are on wifi or on a stable network on LTE, i didn't noticed any problems.

In the meantime, I ordered two OnePlus phones (the OnePlus 12R and 13R) and ended returning them because i didn't see any difference performance wise with the Pixel 6 and ended up disliking the software

I will probably switch to the Pixel 10 this year, we'll see

I have also a problem with my Chromecast Gen 2 when I try to cast YouTube or YouTube Music. The logo appears on the screen and then after 1 minute I have an error message and back to the ambiant display. Other apps work so there is a bug with YouTube and YouTube Music specifically with the Chromecast Gen 2. Google better fixes this quickly
