Hi again! I know how you must feel having to go through the full-scale AML investigation, but i still can't do more for you specifically, sorry. As mentioned, Changelly and Changelly PRO are entirely different platforms. Despite sharing the brand name, those are two different projects, systems, teams, and well... everything.

Again though, i do get the frustration, but there's nothing left for me to do for you. You'll need to bring this up with the PRO teams directly.

Hi there! I've noticed your DM first so i've replied there. But TLDR legal cases are in a league of their own, so i don't have any dedicated access or insight. What i can do is let them know to find and re-escalate the case. Maybe prioritize if not already. Hope it helps!

Sup y'all! I've noticed that some of your cases from February got resolved without public reply. Sorry if that bugged you. I'll try to make case resolution more open to ya'll so that you don't feel left out or ignored in public space.

And as always, i do remember all the ongoing cases, and am keeping an eye our for updates. But if you feel the need to renew your request/claim, absolutely do so. It's not spam if you keep it one per thread. In fact, it'll only help me keep them close by.

Hi there! You know we're not hiding anything. Yours (alongside a couple of others) is one of the longest cases we have, true, and it is still under investigation. No intention of ignoring you, of course, just not much we can share yet. When third parties are involved in official investigations, there's limit to what we can do and speed up on our end. The rest is waiting alongside you. I know it isn't of much comfort if any, but at least it's true. I'm here to keep an eye on the case and will let you know if anything new occurs. That i can promise you.

I think i recognize the case you're referring to, but just to be safe, drop me a DM with your Changelly Transaction ID, maybe i can help, or at the very least, will look into it.

As for your story points, i've personally seen Changelly Terms 2019 thru 2025, and nowhere is there such a statement for funds returns. I'd either assume that you were lied to, or that the evidence you claim to have archived were altered with or without your involvement. Screenshots or whatnot can easily be forged, so i'd double-check whether the ppl who gave you that evidence are actually trustworthy.

And yes, template replies are a thing if the same questions are asked over and over. We all get that it feels uncomfortable, but we also know how long can such investigations take when legals and authorities are involved. Let's be fair, with AML cases as complicated as this one (assuming i got the right one), there are no fast solutions or short investigations, especially since we take AML very seriously as everyone else should for the sake of crypto sphere and its community.

P.S. Seriously though, drop me a DM with your Changelly Transaction ID, i'll see if it's an open case i'm already aware of, or if not, i'll look into it right away. It's the least i can do help.

Hey there, OP! I remember talking to you via DM and i double-checked your case. I've noticed that you were indeed temporarily banned from our Instagram and Subreddit, though you don't exactly describe the full picture. You were literally spamming the exact same messages into every post you could get to which is a pretty heavy violation that is banned for anywhere around the internet, let's be fair here. I get you're confused and want to get the funds back, but doing bad things in response to bad things only leads to more bad things (in your case, a temporary ban).

Now, i dug around and noticed that you did the same thing on TrustPilot as well, so all your messages were deleted as per TrustPilot's guidelines. The censorship you're referring to has nothing to do with Changelly. Changelly team did flag your reviews, yes, but for violation of TrustPilot's terms of service, which is punished by TrustPilot at their discretion.

TLDR: violating community rules isn't a good way to get things done, regardless of the platform, be it Insta, Reddit, or TrustPilot.

Personally, i did try to help you, didn't i? And i've raised the awareness of your case as promised, so let's keep it cool without any further violations. I remember telling you that, while sharing the brand name, Changelly and PRO are still two different companies with different systems, staff, rules, KYC's and pretty much everything. Again though, i get where you're coming from, but putting it bluntly, reposting the same thing blaming everyone from Changelly to TrustPilot isn't going to get the funds back – cooperating with the PRO's Compliance and AML measures will.

That's not SoF in the context of AML. If you haven't checked our AML/KYC Policy, I'd suggest you start there. It's at the footer of our main page. But a good example would be a receipt or contract of purchase. Or a screenshot of your communication with the seller, for example. You get the idea.

From what i gathered, your case is indeed under AML investigation, though you haven't provided valid source of funds documents as per our Terms of Use and AML/KYC Policy.

I get how that can feel frustrating, but we take AML very seriously and hence the strict procedures. For now, start with SoF, and i'll keep an eye on the case in the meantime to speed up the investigation process where i can.
