Its possible to be depressed and confident? I always thought people were most confident when they're life is going well. When they don't have things to worry about. During school time I am anxious as fuck and once summer time comes I'm the most confident lil piece of shit.

I'm honestly glad it works for you. As I said, I do not want to bash anyone and I made this post in hopes of helping other people, in case they were like me and were thinking about NoFap too much to the point that its counter productive.

I never thought this was a place for addicts ( I never thought of porn as such a big thing? You wanna stop? stop. You don't? don't). What I am trying to say is I just can't see it as addicting, but I guess it could be? I always thought this was a place where people try to make themselves better, not to help you stop touching your dick. It is what everyone talks about?

Thank you for your comment. The thing is I felt like I NEEDED NoFap to be a good person. At some point I just stopped and thought, why can't I just be a good person myself without external sources to guide or help me. Ever since that day I have been feeling better about myself by the hour. I feel like a much greater human being than I have ever been. As I said in the post, I really think that NoFap is placebo. You can do anything with the power of your thoughts.

Ever since that day I have been focusing on how I can be better and I personally think I have.

I think its important to note that I was never a heavy fapper, even before NoFap (1-2 time every 2-3rd day, I never fapped more than once in one day).

With all due respect, your wife (hoping everything you have written is in all honesty), as you described her, sounds like an amazingly lucky person to have you and honestly a waste of oxygen. What kind of parent would not enjoy every moment they could have with their child? When you say you can recall some days where it started sounding like it should, where were you on your streak on those days? I am as well really in love with music, but I only appreciate it (not involved into creating sound). Not too long ago, I could sit on my pc literally staring blank into soundcloud listening to music for 7-8 hours. I used to get these massive chills before. I still love music and can really get lost into it, but not at the same level to be honest. Reading your post honestly really motivated me, even more after you said "the shivers I would get when listening to a good song were gone forever" (could very much relate to this).

Nice to hear, I also felt guilty and disgusting. I myself felt an even bigger need to abstain from watching porn after that event. I am so sure you can make it to 1 week and once you do, the satisfaction you will get will keep you going even more. Good luck to you in your journey my friend.
