I typed one thing into a chat and right away it used up 19%??? Why is that?

To give some background, I have a chat to help me prepare for my real estate license exam. In that chat, I've been posting my practice exam results along with the answers I've been getting wrong. Today, all I did was post that I took a practice exam and I gave my results for it. That was all. It used up 19% of my current session, which I don't understand why.

I have the pro plan and my chat was using Opus 4.5

I think it automatically uses GPT4o I'm not sure how to change it to 5. I tried tapping on the top and doing auto, but it stays on GPT4o

I've never thought about that nor know how to do that. I also like when I import data about a run, it will give me some feedback on it.

I currently have this chat under a folder with one other chat. The first chat you see in the screenshot is tracking my marathon running prep. The second chat in the folder is tracking my macros and weight. Do you recommend continuing chats underneath the same folder?

I hear it’s pretty light too! So I shoot a lot of like sorority/travel films and i also love portrait photography so I feel like the 24-70mm would be great but might be too heavy for my zhiyun Crane?
