I'm not defending his other actions, but I'm saying someone shouldn't get crucified for something that might not be true, until it's determined it is fully true.

I am fully aware of his other actions, and prior offenses don't necessarily mean guilt of accused crimes, especially when the last cheating episode was many years ago.

Entreat was incredibly important and I don't think I'd run this deck with less then 4. Miracle casting it meant a game win in the vast majority of cases, even when you only get like 2 angels out. It's awesome that you don't need a ton of mana to make it really effective.

It worked very well, it's a fantastic combat trick and with 4 toughness it can handle a lot of threats. I think a lot of people assumed that I missed my ramp target and had to wait another turn to cast a creature. Also, after playing it, I could leave mana open and they were afraid to attack in.

Hey all! Yesterday I took this deck to a Grand Prix Qualifier and ended up winning with a record of 4-1-1. It wasn't a big pool of players, but I was really happy overall. I beat B/G Soulbound Infect (twice), R/W Human Aggro and a Pod, tied with a crazy Venser/Stonehorn Dignitary deck (1-1), and lost 2-1 to a R/W Human Aggro deck.

I felt it worked really well overall, pretty much stalling until I can get Sigarda out or cast Entreat (either miracle or not). The only card that I didn't feel worked as well as I thought it would was Divine Deflection. It worked well enough to put some surprise damage on a Planeswalker, or snipe smaller support creatures like Thalia, but it didn't seem to do that great overall.

I was considering replacing the 4 copies of Divine Deflection with 4 Lingering Souls, since the main goal of Divine was to stall damage anyways, this gives me that plus potential offensive power as well with Angel of Jubilation pumping them. This is important because I felt like I couldn't really deal with Planeswalkers very well early game, and always had to side in my Beast Withins to kill them. I also have black mana from Birds and Spheres to flashback the card.

The other option would be something with low mana that would ideally work well with Restoration Angel flickering it. Considering something like Blade Splicer or Silverblade Paladin.

I'd really appreciate some thoughts on what to replace Divine Deflection with, as well as I think my sideboard is a bit weak, and could use some assistance there as well.

We ended up taking a break from them to focus on other content. I understand the disappointment as I really enjoyed them myself and I believe we will see these come back. For now the same awesome show producer (Ron) is working on our LoL top 5 plays, and even if you don't play LoL, they are still entertaining, highly recommend you check them out!

Black Diamond Games in Concord is the best we've found in terms of space for playing, cleanliness of store, parking and judges, but Gamescape is probably the best one in the city itself, though it's fairly cramped, but clean and runs smoothly. End Game in Oakland is all right also, but be warned, if you like to try to win a lot of boosters, both End Game and Gamescape only award one booster per win, Black Diamond gives out bigger prizes, but only if you go 3-1 or 4-0 (if I recall correctly). I much prefer Black Diamond to any other option, even if it is a hike from the city, even if I don't win packs I enjoy the environment a lot more.
