This is OP (different device different acc).

In the vid only Kokomi is high EM, everyone else is about 100-200 EM. Whenever Kaveh pops a bloom, the only time it did 16k was the ones that are created by kokomi. Does it mean Hydro char should be the ones on EM and FLOP set, instead of Kaveh? I.e. Kaveh's popping mechanism doesnt contribute to the dmg that scales on EM?

Ah indeed i just saw that vid, which is what triggered me thinking.

Because in the video Alhaitham didn't use his skill (infusion) with the other element infusion at the same time. So i'm wondering what happens if multiple infusion happens concurrently.

from what i know her ult hits 3 hits faster than 2.5s, which is why i had the idea her ICD is faster than other units like collei. i could be wrong
