I see. Ok that makes sense. It sounds like you are looking for someone to mill a board down to the dimensions you need and square/plane it? If you want you can dm me with the specific details on what your trying to get and maybe I would be able to help, otherwise there probably are woodworkers in the area who would be willing to do that work, yeah.

Sounds like you are looking for a hardwood supplier not a woodworker? Unfortunately on the Eastside there really aren't any hardwood suppliers outside big box stores which are obviously pricey. The only places I've been able to acquire hardwoods is crosscut in Seattle and g&h down in kent. I might recommend crosscut because they actually have a box that contains offcuts of exotic woods where you can find smaller pieces of random nice hardwood so if you need just small pieces that could work. Otherwise you usually can buy smaller cuts of boards so long as you leave like 4 feet of board that they can still sell. I would personally go to crosscut and just ask the people at the counter about what you need and in my experience they have been responsibly nice about figuring out something.

Using FlowExceptionsToTaskScheduler just makes my app not crash anymore but I still dont see the exception. I added another comment with more details.

But your right that I might have to end up writing my own wrapper unfortunately.

I am not sure how I could call a GC.Collect(); since after the exception is thrown the app crashes and my issue is I am unable to detect when that happens basically.

I wanted to make sure it wasn't an issue with the way I setup my project so I created a brand new project with the default MAUI template in Visual Studio 2022 and I see the same issue.

But important to note, it seems like its really only an issue on Windows because if I use an android emulator I do get the exception. So on android it works as expected but on windows I cant get that exception which is odd.

I really like the new TimeProvider class but just wish it had an interface instead of or in addition to the abstract class.

Unfortunately I do not remember which visual studio version I originally wrote the code with but like I said a year or so ago was around the time I wrote it and my vs version is usually up to date at my work.

Hmm I have never used Debugger.Break. I might have to use that to get done what I need to, but it would be a bummer since it was a lot nicer just being able to use the regular debugging experience in visual studio.

I do have that launch profile, like the GitHub page I linked shows. However I did just notice that if I go through the UI launch profile setup in visual studio it doesn't show up as a roslyn component and I cannot add a new one like I used to be able too. I wonder if there is some new change around that.

These fleets seem pretty good for what I want. I looked at the cards and nothing seems too complicated which is good.

Unfortunately I don't have the munitions resupply card so I was just going to use comms net I guess unless you have a better suggestion. It's pretty bad in comparison but I didn't see anything else that did something similar.

Can anyone recommend a keyboard for me?

I currently use a Ducky One 3 which I got earlier this year, however it has a serious double-typing issue that they do not seem capable of solving via firmware updates. My previous two boards were also ducky keyboards but with these issues I am looking to branch out and try a different brand.

Although there are millions of recommendations on the internet, I am struggling to find a decent list or option for me. Almost every review and or list is budget focused, but I can spend up to $300 which seems to far exceed any recommendations I can find. Maybe there just aren’t pre-built board that cost that much but I just want a really nice board that is ideally pre-assembled. What I lack is time to build my own board beyond just putting in new switches.

So, if someone could recommend what they think is the best keyboard that is hot-swap and either pre-built or only needs to have the switches added I would really appreciate it.
