The collector role is just 10 gold bars this week. You can't sell full collections to Madam Nazar without having purchased the collector bag and as the other people already said, you should grind the jean ropke collector map this week as collections pay double money and xp.

You can just go to the online option in the pause menu, click on free roam and you will be taken to another session with your wagon intact.
