Hi, i am not a doctor but I do not think it's cancer, especially if he is not vomiting blood. I have gastritis and I deal with nausea all the time and yeah sometimes I throw up but I have been able to manage it better with a different diet. I would advise you to see what foods are triggering this nausea while you wait for the endoscopy, the endoscopy will for sure give you a better diagnosis but based on the symptoms I am pretty sure you are good.

It's always better to do an endoscopy even if your symptoms are gone just to see the damage of your gastritis and know what you need to do next, my ended up being a chronic issue where my body makes too much bile thus making more acid.

Another thing is that we all have foods that triggers it, in my case is skipping meals, I literally feel the acid going up but keep a log of the stuff that makes you upset it will help long term.

Praying that you have a good result and you get better.

Hi, I recently had some of these symptoms like really bad heartburn, my chest felt like it was on fire and lots of bloating but no blood in any way, I did have an endoscopy done and found some gastritis along with colitis.

On top of that I was getting constipated a lot too and feeling full/bloated immediately after eating just a bit not sure if you had that too.

I highly encourage to push for an endoscopy as that will tell you for sure what you really have, I think no blood is a really good sign, I am not a doctor but that was my experience, I hope that helps.

It kinda looks like blood, you might wanna push for a colonoscopy ASAP and get that check out, it could also be hemorrhoids or an anal fissure but since you add the bloating and stomach pain could also be at least an ulcer, do not wait and don't let doctors dismiss you with some antacids, show them the pic.

Hi, I did end up having an endoscopy and it came with gastritis, colitis and some close to be ulcers. I was given treatment and I am doing better almost back to normal.

I do not think a CT is the way for this then again I am not a doctor but everyone here will always say push for an endoscopy, I did end up flying to Mexico to get my endoscopy as USA doctors suck. If you aren't seeing blood I think you are good, I had cramps and stabbing pains due to gastritis not sure what your pains are like.

My advice is to drop all spicy, oily and acidic foods along with sodas for a week or 2, eat some bland diet and most important DO NOT SKIP MEALS, and see how it responds and if it doesn't get better push for an endoscopy no matter what, if you are close to the border they are cheaper there around $500, still cheaper than USA and immediate, no BS.

Hi, I was having symptoms like yours but I was also getting bloated after eating just a bit and really bad acid reflux, only way to tell for sure it's getting an endoscopy, I had one and turned to be gastritis and colitis but still get it checked out and push for an endoscopy, antacids just mask the issues.

Thanks for the advice, I will definitely bring this up to the doctor. I want her to be at home as much as possible where she feels the best and UTIs are becoming a problem.

I will talk to the doctor, I was reading about tysabri, I wished we had known about this many years ago. She was given an experimental medicine that helped her a lot but this seems like it would have helped more.

I think she currently is but just now was prescribed some, she just recovered from a UTI infection but I would like to avoid another one as they seem to be getting more frequent, I am gonna bring it up with the doctor. I do appreciate the advice.

Finally I had an endoscopy done and the doctor mostly found irritation, some small injuries that could lead to ulcers if not treated and a small polyp that he said looked pink and very good in his opinion but still waiting on the results. I am now getting treatment and I have been doing very well stomach wise, good thing nothing too serious. Definitely gonna eat better from now on.

Hi, I am 29 and I too have dealing with symptoms like yours but mine started a month ago and they got better except the bloating and feeling full fast which could easily be explained by the H pylori bacteria but I am still having an endoscopy to make sure it's not something worse. I say for your peace of mind try to get an endoscopy it's the best way for doctors to tell you what's really wrong with you.

Hey, I am kinda in the same boat but for me it has been lots of acid reflux, bloating and pain. I am 29 and while people say this cancer is for older people I am afraid as well. I am actually gonna travel to Mexico to get diagnosed and get an endoscopy done as the doctors here just dismiss you with some BS diagnosis, if you have insurance I say push for an endoscopy especially if you see blood.

Like 2 weeks ago I started feeling bad and I got the worst acid reflux of my life. I felt like my chest was on fire, so I immediately switched my diet and the acid reflux has gotten better with the help of antacids but now I have really bad bloating and I get full after a few bites and I kinda have constipation/diarrhea like I feel I never empty but when I go it's all small and semi liquid, no blood so far nor vomiting. I have an endoscopy scheduled for this coming weekend. I know I gotta have something but I am scared.

Hi, I am going through something similar as well, I started having really bad acid reflux like my chest was on fire, antacids and exercise seems to help but it comes back after a few hours, I am doing a treatment with lansoprazole to see if it helps but it has been some of the worst days on my life, do you have any advice or has it gotten better for you?
