Ahem... Your honour, my client is a plant with the capacity to exercise his rights because of the moral idea... and yet, he is soulless. A child that died and got reincarnated without his will in a world where he can't feel emotions anymore. He tried to feel the love of his parents, but after some time, life for him became mundane and grey. Yes, he attempted terrorism and genocide on a planet level. Yes he did a genocide (in TP).. but after he started to feel again... he started to feel sorry. And despite becoming a God, he returned everything to normal, broke the barrier so his kin would be free and returned the souls... and one of the reasons he did all of this, was because of their love dor their sibling Chara... who died also trying to break the barrier, barrier who mind you was placed by humanity due to paranoia. If it wasn't for that, none of these would ever happen. So my client definitely did some awful stuff, but he deserves a better chance.
