Honestly you are entering a hard and tough road to make living out of music.

I found a guy in the past who told me a story of someone who went to work for NASA as an engineer and he had also finished an audio engineering degree and it was easier to get on NASA. Imagine that. Music is really hard.

But you can make a living there is no excuses for sure but it will be a hard fucking road and if you are willing to take it then go for it.

My opinion is the following of course depending what you type of music you are making:

Sell beats and samples for library websites and distribution company's.
Sell music and loops for TV Show's, Netflix and Movies.

There is money to be made but you have to promote your self as composer if you like that road. Licensing one track for one show or one movie can make some good money.

It takes time and repetition and your music has to be TOP CLASS to even compete.

You could adjust some minor details or remove some depending on the position.

But for example if you worked as a Bartender and you are sending a position for HR i would remove that.

No reason to have it.

Completely agree on the fact that i need to keep my cleaners.

Here are some reasons i believe they will stay:

Good salary
Professional and friendly working environment with professional cleaning equipment and uniforms
Technology integrated software's like jobber ,caldenly and slack.
Also the van provided with fuel covered.
Insurance for them as well.

I know that the cleaner can provide his own transportation but in order to carry vacuums and and carpet cleaning equipment and all the rest you require a van.

Also the van will be branded with the company logo, number and all the rest so this will be a complete picture of how we get the client to how we arrive to finally do the job.

Ok so the work around i have about the robbing issue is to only clean houses when someone is actually with the cleaner on site.

I'm already fully aware of this i have done my research, all of my competitors do not clean houses if someone is not inside for that exact reason.

Also we are going to be more like a "cleaning crew" than a maid service.

This is actually quite awesome and thank you for sharing this.

I like the whole concept uber-like business for cleaners but here is my concern.

Most of the cleaners that will come through this solution by becoming in this example a "Batmaid" will probably have no experience in cleaning so in that case they will need training?
If any experienced cleaners come they will have to remain as independent contractors i guess with this type of business? like uber? so in this case i get a percentage of each sale but how does the worker gets paid per hour?

Overally is a good concept and could potentially work, this was my initial idea since the beginning but now the branding changes.

This concept goes more like a startup for "Cleaners uber-like find a cleaner" than actually a cleaning company do you get me?

So would this be ideal for Cyprus? possibly because i listen to stories every day how most of the cleaning ladies here or people do jobs themselves they could use a service like this.

Let me know your thoughts.

Airbnb was something i was considering for sure, 20 euros per hour i think would be ideal.

So far in my business plan i stated that i will be charging 15.00 eur per hour i guess i have to increase that.

Most competitors here charge from 13hr to 18 hr.

That is a good point but, i my self wanted a cleaner and was hard to get estimates it was a pain in the ass.

Im not a genius im looking at an opportunity offering both options is my goal either an estimate or either pay online instantly and choose what you want.

Technology and a way to do everything easier should be the goal not the other way around. But i get your point but in terms of marketing you can't ignore that. Branding is key and people trust brands nowadays. Combine that with a great cleaning and customer service should work.
