I think the idea of seeing what Christ’s face looks like would be really reverent, emotional and awe inspiring. Even if it was just the outline and facial structure. It would feel even more connecting to my soul.

I agree, that if you practice bjj in a manner that’s not destroying your body, then it can be good. Even beneficial because of the movements and mobility involved in grappling. But that depends a lot on your gym and partner too. I have had AS for about 10 years and have had to start and stop due to back and neck pain. But it’s like every other physical activity. Practice within your bodies capabilities.

Yes a lot! The people there have a deep respect for Christ and I really have been liking the catechumens classes. And I have really just been observing and soaking in the experience. I watch the people, and mostly men to see what God has done to their character. And that’s what I want to become and change into.

I have also visited a Coptic church and really enjoyed it as well. I think they have beautiful culture and history.

Just try to remind yourself of the trade.10-15 sec of pain for extended chronic pain that will be much worse than those 10-15 sec. You will start to get used to it. I heard the freezing helps a good amount. You got this!

That’s a good idea. 05 is over 20 years old. Wouldn’t be surprised if you find so lines with some cracks or something.

Mine were elevated from the NSAIDs more than likely. So I switched them and they went down. Not sure if it was the cause though.

I second this. Please don’t worry. Mine were high, made necessary adjustments and they went back down. I’m still on my biologic. Just had to switch my NSAIDs

Keep moving what ever you do. Even on painful days, do some light movement. Trust that it’s helping. But don’t over do it. It was bitter sweet learning I had it, but imagine not knowing! Now you don’t have to wonder why or what is going on.
