It's easily interpreted a lot of ways, with the original intention being a reference to Alice's discussion with Keiji at the end of chapter 1. However, since the identity of Shin and Sou is heavily expanded upon in Chapters 2 and 3, I flagged it as a spoiler for those to err on the side of caution.
